Levels 1-10 for 100 pushups

To help you achieve this ultimate milestone, we’ve designed a step-by-step system called the 100 Pushup Levels. These benchmarks guide you through the process of building strength, stamina, and endurance—whether you’re starting with 10 pushups or already hitting 50.Each level represents a clear challenge, increasing in difficulty by reducing the number of sets, limiting rest time, and sharpening your pushup technique. Here’s how the levels are structured:

Levels 1-3

Build a solid foundation. These levels help you establish a baseline by spreading pushups throughout the day and then consolidating them into fewer sets with unlimited rest.

  • Level 1: Complete 100 pushups between sunrise and sunset (e.g., 10x10 or 20x5). Unlimited rest between sets.

  • Level 2: Do 100 pushups in 10 sets or fewer, aiming to finish in under 1 hour.

  • Level 3: Push yourself to complete 100 pushups in just five sets, still with unlimited rest.

Levels 4-6

Step up the challenge by limiting rest times and reducing sets. These levels require discipline and incremental strength gains.

  • Level 4: Complete 100 pushups in five sets, with no more than 2 minutes of rest between each.

  • Level 5: Push through in four sets, resting no more than 2 minutes.

  • Level 6: Hit 100 pushups in three sets, keeping rest under 2 minutes.

Levels 7-9

Test your endurance and mental focus. Shorter rest periods and advanced techniques ensure you're ready for the final level.

  • Level 7: Complete 100 pushups in three sets with just 1 minute of rest between each. Add pauses at the bottom for more intensity.

  • Level 8: Finish 100 pushups in two sets with no more than 2 minutes of rest.

  • Level 9: Complete two sets (e.g., 60-40), resting no more than 1 minute, with controlled tempo (e.g., 2 seconds down, 1 second up).

Level 10

The ultimate milestone: 100 consecutive pushups in one unbroken set. Achieving this requires peak strength, stamina, and mental resilience.
